As the FC you will manage a small team and work with a range of internal & external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations each month.
This role will cover financial operations, accurate reporting, compliance with regulators and help shape the strategic direction of the organisation. With a strong, experienced team around you there will be lots of opportunity to maintain and improve on reporting process whilst maintaining efficient month end reporting.
Based in Osborne Park with FREE parking on site.
Previous experience as an FC / FM is desirable
Responsibilities:
* Manage the month end reporting process.
* Budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet rec management.
* Ensure financial compliance with external governing bodies.
* Collaborate with internal team on achieving strategic financial goals.
* Manage a small finance team whilst reporting into the executive director.
* Continue to develop and refine financial policy.
* Manage ad hoc financial duties as they arise.
Experience:
* 6-9+ years within accounting and finance leadership.
* CA/CPA qualification is key before applying.
* Exposure to mid sized finance systems desirable.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must
* MUST have PR / full working rights to be considered for this role.
AU$160000 - AU$175000 per annum + Parking & Flexability
