Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking suitably experienced candidates to join our team in the Manager Child Development Service role.
The successful applicant will provide effective leadership and operational management to deliver safe, high quality, family-centred multidisciplinary child development services.
The role focuses on strategic operational service delivery, encompassing management oversight of clinical teams and resources.
It also involves site and resource management and service development, alongside managing and delivering projects.
About the Child Development Service: The Child Development Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and intervention services to infant, children and young people with developmental delay or difficulties that impact on function, participation and/or the parent-child relationship.
Clinicians adopt a child and family-centred approach, working in partnership with families to address developmental concerns that are of priority to the family.
Our teams include Clinical Psychologists, Developmental Paediatricians, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
The Child Development Service provides services at approximately 18 locations across the metropolitan Perth area, as well as providing home, school and community visits as needed.
