We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow, support, and strengthen our national dealer and Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) network.

The Role
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in expanding and maintaining a high-performing distribution network nationwide. You will act as the primary liaison between Minecorp, dealerships, and FMOs, driving growth through strategic relationship management, channel support, and strong commercial alignment.
This is a hands-on, outward-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, identifying opportunities, and representing a strong brand in the market.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Identify, onboard, and develop new distributors and dealerships aligned with Minecorp's strategic objectives
* Strengthen and manage existing dealer and FMO relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and product updates
* Develop and support regional sales plans to drive sustainable growth
* Act as the primary escalation point for commercial, product, and operational matters
* Track performance, pipeline activity, and market demand
* Support tenders, bids, and major project activity
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights back to the business
* Represent Minecorp at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
About You
You're a commercially minded relationship builder with experience in channel or dealer-based sales environments. You're confident working autonomously, comfortable travelling nationally, and enjoy balancing strategy with execution.
You will bring:
* Proven B2B sales experience within automotive, aftermarket, manufacturing, or a related technical industry
* Demonstrated success managing dealer networks, distributors, or FMOs
* Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
* Experience supporting tenders or major projects (advantageous)
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
