About the Job
As an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive case management to participants to help them manage employment-related barriers and equip them with tools to enter the workforce
- Assist participants to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing, and on-the-job support
- Provide ongoing support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtain documented evidence, and facilitate workplace adjustments throughout employment
- Achieve or exceed KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach
- Maintain administration, compliance, and time management aligned with Department requirements
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with wrap-around services (training providers, allied health services, etc.)
About You
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related areas are desirable
- Experience in employment services, barrier management, reverse marketing, and post-placement support is highly regarded
- Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
- Team player with commitment to a positive culture
- Ability to solve problems, overcome objections, and support people living with a disability
- Performance-focused mindset with experience achieving targets/KPIs
- Driver’s license required as travel throughout the region is needed
