Role Description
This is a full‐time hybrid role for a New Home Sales Consultant, located in Hunter, NSW, with some work‐from‐home flexibility. The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home‐buying process. Day‐to‐day tasks include conducting consultations, presenting home designs and options, negotiating terms, and ensuring a positive customer experience from the initial meeting to the completion of the sale. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
* Experience in New Home Sales and general Sales, with the ability to effectively present home options and close deals.
* Proficiency in Negotiation and the ability to address client concerns while achieving favorable outcomes.
* Experience in Training or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to sales techniques and company systems.
* Self‐motivation with excellent organizational and time‐management skills.
* Familiarity with the home‐building industry or relevant sectors is a plus.
