About this Position
We are seeking additional casual Cellar Door Assistants with flexibility to work across a 7 day roster, based at our award-winning Cellar Door.
The team serves as brand ambassadors, delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving wine sales through providing high-quality service and education.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
 * Host wine tastings, private experiences and estate tours, sharing product and brand information to guests.
 * Maintain the presentation of the cellar door.
 * Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets.
 * Support the delivery of events on site as required.
Requirements
Enthusiasm and flair, combined with a positive approach, are essential. Excellent communication skills and good wine knowledge (or a willingness to learn) are necessary.
A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Applicants should be able to multitask, work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
