Job Title: House Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will lead a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring the home is emotionally and physically safe, nurturing, and engaging for children and young people in our care.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people. You will be responsible for managing care planning, transitions, and stakeholder collaboration, as well as rostering staff appropriately and responding to crisis situations when needed.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to facilitate team meetings, reflective supervision, and ongoing training. You must also have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and be able to promote developmentally appropriate and relationship-based care practices.
The successful candidate will be expected to keep accurate client records and reports up to date using our database system.
