In the Senior Consultant, Offshoring & Process Improvement roleyou will form part of the Private Wealth Transformation team that's doubling down on keeping it simple and winning together.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, assess, and manage the successful delivery of offshoring opportunities across Private Wealth operational teams.
* Conduct comprehensive diagnosis of organisational structures, process designs, and operational maturity to develop strategies and business cases that enhance business and customer value.
* Lead program streams or small- to medium-sized initiatives, or support the delivery of larger projects, including offshoring and business improvement efforts.
* Drive impactful process re-engineering and business improvement initiatives with tangible results.
* Review assigned business processes end-to-end, identify areas for improvement, assess return on investment, and prioritise recommended changes.
* Collaborate with Business Owners to design and implement 'To-Be' process maps and supporting artefacts to ensure sustainable process changes.
* Perform advanced data analysis and modelling, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Engage stakeholders to promote consistency in Process Transformation across the division and ensure alignment with project priorities.
* Develop clear and compelling materials to communicate and present proposed opportunities.
* Facilitate and support workshops, partnering with stakeholders to define processes, identify current challenges, and develop future-state process designs.
* Ensure adherence to enterprise process methodologies, frameworks, standards, and tools, including Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices.
* Balance customer, operational, commercial, strategic, risk, and regulatory considerations when making process improvement recommendations.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Over 10 years of relevant professional experience, including roles in financial services such as banking and wealth management, operations business improvement or transformation, or consulting.
* Experience managing or working with offshoring programs (preferred).
* Experience leading improvement projects within large and complex operations, back-office administration, support functions, or call centre environments.
* Background in transformation environments with strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
* Familiarity with business process standards and methods; Lean Six Sigma qualification is an asset.
* Proficiency in process mapping to BPMN standards using tools such as MS Visio or Signavio and developing process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures).
* Experience in analysing data and leveraging insights to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience collaborating with Technology stakeholders and Delivery teams to implement changes to systems and technology.
