Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of three.
- Oversee tax and finance compliance processes, including the preparation and lodgement of returns.
- Proactively take on internal finance projects to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and FBT.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and assurance on finance matters.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare, review, and present finance related reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager & Tax Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA.
- Proven expertise in Australian tax regulations and compliance.
- Ability to lead and develop a team of 3.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
- Oracle systems experience would be highly regarded.
