Key responsibilities
* Prospect for new business via calls, database nurturing and open home follow‑up.
* Build and manage relationships with vendors and buyers, keeping them informed at every stage.
* Assist with appraisals, listing presentations, CMAs and marketing campaigns.
* Conduct open homes and private inspections; manage enquiry and feedback.
* Prepare contracts, reports and sales documentation with high accuracy.
About you
* Experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background in another industry.
* Confident communicator with drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people.
* Goal‑oriented, comfortable with weekend work and committed to continuous improvement.
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence, plus driver's licence and car.
