We believe that when our team thrives, our clients do too. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (or Senior Property Officer) to oversee a residential property portfolio.
This role involves leasing, tenant relations, inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement. Duties
- Manage all aspects of residential property portfolios
- Coordinate tenant onboarding, communications and issue resolution
- Oversee inspections, repairs and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with NT legislation
- Prepare reports and budgets
- Mentor and support team members
Essential Criteria
- Experience in residential property management
- Knowledge of NT property legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently and within a team
Desirable
- Leadership or mentoring background
- Experience with property management software
- Exposure to buyer’s agent or sales functions
