Job Title: Site Coordinator
Toowoomba Site Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our campus. As the coordinator, you will be supporting department heads and trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training.
About the Job
* Support Heads of Department and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion.
* Process enrolments, assessments, training notices, completions, certificate issuance, coordinate resources, trainer allocation, staff leadership and campus operations.
* Attend to customer enquiries and respond appropriately within given time frames.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process student data accurately and efficiently.
2. Coordinate resources and equipment for trainers and students.
3. Develop and implement processes to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, staff management experience, proactive approach to problem-solving, great work ethic, adaptability, Student Management System (SMS) experience, sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven RTO administration experience, experience with Government funding, Leadership experience.
