Key Role in Wine Industry Sales Growth
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive national sales growth across our premium wine portfolio.
This newly created role is key to delivering the next phase of commercial growth, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience within the wine or premium beverages industry, with a strong understanding of the Australian wine trade.
Responsibilities will include developing and delivering a national sales plan, identifying and securing new listings, managing sales budgets, and building relationships with key clients.
We offer a field-based role with autonomy, working closely with a collaborative team. A valid driver's licence and capacity for regular domestic travel are required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a national sales plan to drive growth across the portfolio.
* Identify and secure new listings, build deeper engagement with key trade customers, and manage sales budgets.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including on-premise venues, retail partners, and distributors.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales experience within the wine or premium beverages industry.
* Strong understanding of the Australian wine trade, beyond the on-premise and independent retail landscape.
* Proven commercial capability, including negotiating, forecasting, and business development across all wine sales channels.
* Comfortable managing distributor relationships and understanding indirect sales models.
* Track record of growing premium or fine wine brands.
