Responsibilities (Text Only)
* Customer Advocate: Develops and oversees the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
* Customer Team Orchestration: Coordinates the full customer team across all Microsoft areas to focus on delivering customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, building deep trust with Microsoft.
* Industry Relevant Trusted Seller: Develops a strong understanding of the customer's industry and priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
* Customer Advocacy: Acts on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed.
* Sales Excellence: Leads and orchestrates virtual teams across solution areas to achieve revenue and market share growth.
* Industry Knowledge: Maintains a strong knowledge of customers' industries, strategies, key partners, and solutions, gaining insights through direct engagement.
Qualifications (Text Only)
* Experience in an industry such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education, with a focus on digital transformation or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience.
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
* OR equivalent experience.
This position requires verification of Australian Citizenship due to legal restrictions, as it supports Australian government agency customers. Citizenship will be verified with a valid passport as a condition of employment.
