We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to drive financial management and growth in our organization.
About the Role
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial role, preferably as a CFO, and hold a university degree along with a CA/CPA qualification.
* A strong understanding of complex groups and structures is essential, along with advanced skills using Excel and knowledge of accounting software (Xero).
* The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
About You
* Prior experience in financial leadership roles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* A proven track record of driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement in systems, work processes, and practices.
* Ability to maintain and improve existing performance dashboards for key staff and lead various projects including significant integrations and system upgrades.
