General Manager

Responsibilities
Manage, grow and develop the business team for continuous improvement and be World class in Best Practice
Align operations and resources with financial targets and KPIs
Provide leadership and accountability across key departments, including Sales, Property Management, Operations, HR, Compliance, and Marketing.
Manage budgets, expenditure, and financial performance
Prepare and present monthly board reports
Drive continuous improvement across the business
Oversee performance, remuneration, and incentive strategies
Approve recruitment and manage terminations
Ensure compliance with Real Estate legislation (in collaboration with Compliance Manager)
Lead internal initiatives, events, and staff recognition programs
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar senior leadership or General Manager role within Real Estate
Strong, natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
Approachable, positive, and professional demeanour
Sharp analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Solid understanding of business management systems and operational frameworks
Skilled negotiator with the ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively
