THE ROLE
We are currently on the hunt for an inspiring leader, a Regional Manager to join our fantastic team located in Darwin, Northern Territory!
Managing a portfolio of services in the Northern Territory, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high quality OSHC experiences. The role includes being the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for a portfolio of services ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. As Regional Manager you will provides support for people matters, nurture the relationship with the school and resolves parent/school enquiries.

ABOUT YOU
Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting will provide the foundation for success in this role.
You will be skilled at mentoring a team to its fullest potential, offering support, guidance, and direction.
Completed a childcare related Diploma equivalent or above
You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
You have valid First Aid level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
You hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or are willing to obtain one)
