About the Role
* Dive into financial analysis and provide timely reports to senior executives.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders to help them manage their funding and achieve strategic goals.
You will work closely with other teams to provide support, advice, and analysis services across various business units.
The finance team is responsible for building trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the organization and providing timely reporting and insights.
Your Responsibilities
* Oversight of monthly financial management processes.
* Strategic planning with your team to manage budget anomalies or risks.
* Proactive and ad hoc financial reporting advice to senior executives and line managers.
* Process improvement initiatives to ensure service delivery meets business outcomes.
* Closing guidance to team members.
To thrive in this role, you should have a qualification in Business, Commerce, or Finance, along with a CPA or CA qualification. Previous experience in leading a finance team is highly desirable.
