About The Role
As a Gym and Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspiring the team and leading the club to success. Your role will require people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the club's gym and fitness activities.
In This Role You Will
* Manage sales budgets and analyse results to determine proactive strategies for improvement
* Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
* Coordinate day‐to‐day gym operations, including assisting reception desk services and administration
* Drive membership lead generation, sales and retention activities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with members
* Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and running efficiently
* Support and assist personal trainers in delivering top‐quality services
* Promote the club within the local community through outreach and marketing efforts
NOTE - this is a hands‐on role; you will be an integral part of the team on the gym floor and delivering inspiring group training sessions.

About You
Are you self‐motivated with a passion for health and fitness and have flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends? As well as,
* Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
* Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Proficiency in CRM and gym management software, along with standard office tools
* Knowledge of fitness industry trends and customer preferences
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* A positive role model, collaborative and team oriented
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills
