The Livestock and Business Centre Ltd (LBC) a not-for-profit organization, is actively seeking a person to join our team as the Financial Officer with progression to Office Supervisor available to the successful applicant. The position is based in the company office in Shellharbour City.
This position requires the financial reporting of the company and of its Clients. The mainstream business operation is the registration and provision of management services to its LBC Clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Financial and secretarial work for both the business and our clients to include preparation of accounts for audit, BAS returns and ASIC reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MYOB, email and other computing skills are required,
Future advancement to an Office Supervisor position may be available to the applicant dependent on their ability of:
· Liaising with Livestock and Business Centre clients.
· Company and Client meeting organization and on-line attendance.
· Ability to provide Office supervision of 2-3 staff members along with managing all aspects of running the office and business.
The role will suit a self-motivated person who has a high level of organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
You will need to have the ability to complete tasks in a timely and precise manner.
The job is a 3-4 day per week role. There will be a trial period of 2 months. Office attendance is required.
A commitment to an extended term of service shall be sought.
