Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong values, versatility, vision, drive, energy, an internal service focus, and excellent relationship building skills. They will be responsible for providing consulting services as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Partners, and business leaders in developing and delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives.
This includes facilitating talent acquisition and retention, focusing on staff health and wellbeing initiatives, maintaining contemporary human resource management policies, processes, and technology, and positioning the firm as an employer of choice by ensuring a strong EVP.
* Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
* Provide expert advice on human resources matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
* Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing HR and administration team.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
