About You

* Proven experience working in a customer-centric retail environment within a Team Leader, Supervisor or 3IC role with exposure to customer service and supervising a team.

* Passionate about providing great customer service and championing best practices in stock, service, safety and operational procedures to set the standards for your team.

* Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store with the confidence to step up when needed.
">
* Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
">
* Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for our customers and instill confidence.
">
* Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities.

* Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
