Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Sales Consultant / Delivery Coordinator.
* Liaising with clients and Mitsubishi Motors staff to deliver vehicles to a high standard
* Organising pre-delivery work, detailing and aftercare for client vehicles
* Maintaining delivery logs, booking vehicle transport and invoicing
* Learning the products and benefits of aftercare as a secondary contact
* Booking and bringing new vehicles into stock
* Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership
* Driving and enhancing the dealership's processes to achieve results

* Facilitate vehicle purchase experience for new and existing clients
