Hotel Restaurant Team Leader (Flexible hour contract)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced F&B professional who is passionate about Hospitality and guest experience yet wants flexible working options to fit around their current personal circumstances.
Assisting the F&B Management team with the day-to-day running of the Restaurant demonstrating that you can help lead the team through service, allocate resources effectively whilst ensuring standards are met and customer service levels remain high. A hands-on Team Leader, you will have a passion for food, the guest experience and sharing your knowledge with your team. You will need to lead by example and develop skills and knowledge within the team.
Shift options would typically be 8am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm.
Our successful candidate will confidently be able to demonstrate:
* Strong operational skills in Restaurant service at 4*service level
* The ability to organise others to achieve the best throughout service – mentoring the team to deliver superb customer service
* Being able to plan to ensure all duties, including close downs and openings are completed to company standards.
* Confidence in serving in volume whilst maintaining high standards
* A calm and controlled approach in high pressure situations
* Able to manage, motivate and influence all those who work around you
