Role Title: Client Engagement Manager – ADP Lyric HCM
We are looking for a payroll specialist to join our Lyric HCM Client Engagement Team. ADP Lyric HCM is an AI-powered, award-winning platform that brings together payroll, HR, and people experience in one unified ecosystem.
This role will see you provide high-quality payroll support to our clients. You will act as payroll consultant to our clients, engaging with our clients and knowing their business payroll policies.
This permanent full-time role is based in our ne w state-of-a rt Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:
* Strong knowledge of payroll practices and operations.
* Comprehensive understanding of current Australian and/or New Zealand payroll legislation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to investigate issues and find solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
