Role Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to support the HR team in managing recruitment and onboarding processes. You will assist in developing and implementing workforce policies and procedures, coordinate training and development programs for employees, handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation is also an essential part of this position. Additionally, you will contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace legislation and organisational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field, strong organisational and administrative skills, knowledge of HR practices and workplace legislation, ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders, proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

What We Offer
The role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 plus super, fixed-term contract with potential for professional growth, and hybrid role located 20 minutes from the Mornington Peninsula.
