What You'll Do
* Hunt new business and grow sales with existing customers
* Own your pipeline – prospect, follow up, drive momentum and build loyalty
* Work closely with internal support so you can stay focused on customers
* Make the calls, drive the deals and take control of your territory
* Represent Couta across Greater Melbourne, with some regional VIC and occasional interstate travel
About You
* Plumbing supply or wholesale experience (essential)
* High energy, high trust - you connect fast and follow through
* A genuine hunter mindset – proactive, persistent and always on the front foot
* A natural relationship-builder who knows how to sell without the spin
* Proactive, organised, self-driven, and always up for a challenge
* A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
