 
        
        You will 
- Provide project and administrative support on a range of HR projects across the employee lifecycle including but not limited to: workforce planning; attraction; employee value proposition; recruitment and selection; onboarding leadership and talent development; career entry programs; talent mobility and workforce management 
- Provide support in the preparation and development of submissions, briefing notes and other correspondence in relation to a range of HR projects 
- Coordinate training and development program registrations, venues, catering, events and resource materials 
- Manage time and prioritise work to support multiple HR teams to deliver on branch priorities 
- Contribute to the improvement of HR services and initiatives to ensure business goals are met 
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on developments and trends in MS Office 365 and digital solutions 
- Maintain sound knowledge of contemporary HRmanagement practices to ensure currency of knowledge and skills and service outcomes for clients 
- Collate data and provide accurate reports in relation to HR projects and training and development programs
