Job Title
An Information Technology Support Coordinator is responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 Field Services support across end-user computing environments.
This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting network engineers across multiple sites, and performing basic network patching between switch and wall ports.
* Provide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users across the organisation.
* Perform basic network patching between switch and wall ports.
* Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
* Connect network consoles under the direction of Network Engineers.
* Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems.
* Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.
* Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment.
* Rebuild computers according to SCCM or Intune processes.
* Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
Requirements and Skills
* Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3).
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
* Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on-site.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel between sites if required.
