**About Us**

Carbon Savers is an ethically focused, people driven, renewable energy company (not solar, don't worry).

Our business has been future focused for the past 15 years, working with organisations such as the Victorian Government and The Paris Climate Agreement to tackle the globes largest issue; climate change.

**The Role**

As part of our Environmental Engagement Team, you'll be responsible for talking to customers about new and emerging technologies homes and businesses can access FOR FREE - that help them to become more energy efficient. (Wooo, great for the planet)

Sounds too technical? Panic not.

Not only are all of our products free, better for the environment AND save customers heaps of cash - but they're also really easy to understand and use

**What We Need From You**

This is a people focused industry, so we need people focused people Are you funny, confident and outgoing? No? Don't stress and don't stop reading yet

What we're really looking for is the following

Previous customer service experience (retail/hospo/sales)

The ability to listen and learn (people that speak best, listen better)

A can-do, do-better outlook (we love self-improvement)

A great team player (if you don't like free drinks and team nights - this ain't the job for you)

Our team of 40 Environmental Engagement legends has just gotten one team bigger and we're now looking to add at least 10 new agents to our team - how exciting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collingwood, VIC 3066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
