Below is a list of all three roles available in Sydney: Job 1: Business Development Manager - Flavours Proven experience in sales or business development within the food, flavours, or ingredients industry, preferably dealing with B2B clients. Strong understanding of flavour formulations, functional ingredients, or food product development, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial solutions. Demonstrated track record of identifying new business opportunities, growing accounts, and managing key client relationships. 80% Business Development Management - 20% - Account Management. Job 2: Key Account Manager - Flavours & Fragrances Proven experience in B2B sales within the nutraceutical, functional nutrition, or ingredient supply sector. Strong account management skills, managing top-tier clients and driving revenue growth across strategic accounts. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Knowledge of functional ingredients, supplement formulations, and the Australian market is highly desirable. Job 3: Account Manager - Functional Ingredients & Technical Experience Proven B2B sales or account management experience within functional ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty food ingredients. Strong technical knowledge of functional ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, botanicals, probiotics, and specialty proteins, with the ability to discuss applications and formulations with customers. Experience collaborating with R&D and technical teams to support product development and solve technical challenges for clients. Track record of managing and growing strategic accounts, ideally with supplement brands, food manufacturers, or ingredient distributors.
