About the role
We are looking for a Full Time/Casual Sales Person to join our team at Rezzie Betta Home Living' in Forster, NSW. In this full-time or casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our busy retail store.
What you'll be doing
* Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations and completing sales transactions
* Maintain excellent product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for customer needs
* Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
* Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking and merchandising new deliveries
* Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to an exceptional shopping experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continuously learn about our product range
* Reliable, hardworking and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
