The customer Engagement Services branch under Digital, Data, Technology Solutions (DDTS) is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge to fill the position of ICT Support Officer within the Education ICT embedded team. As part of the Education ICT Hardware Team, the ICT Support Officer is required to provide technology advice and guidance, as well as ensure consistency of service delivery, by prioritising and managing workflows and supporting the team to achieve deliverables in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:
Applicants will have a high level of organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in the use of ServiceNow and Excel would be considered advantageous.
