Job Opportunity: Leading Enterprise Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts in Queensland. As a senior named account executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within public sector accounts in Queensland
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive large-scale transformational outcomes
* Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Partner effectively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers
* Display leadership through sharing of knowledge and expertise, and act as a source of guidance for other team members
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in account management and sales
* Proven track record of success in handling multi-million-dollar quotas and operating in a team environment
* Strong selling skills in large accounts, with a specific focus on financial services and public sector
* Ability to lead business development resources (BDRs) to meet agreed targets, and develop sales plans for specific accounts in line with company strategy
* Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability
* Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is mandatory
* Demonstrated experience with business value selling
