What you'll do
The Project Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Zambrero, construction projects from concept to defect rectification. This includes planning, staffing, implementation, control, delivery and evaluation.
Some of your key responsibilities are:
* Provide guidance and assistance in the costing of Scope of Works for individual stores in conjunction with Development Agents (DA's) / Franchise Partners (FP's)
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards in the delivery of projects
* Manage project contractors according to the established policies and practices of the organisation
* Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
* Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures including record keeping
What you'll bring
* Bachelors or equivalent degree in (Construction) Project Management and/or building trade qualified
* At least 2+ years working in a similar or comparable role within retail, hospitality, healthcare or construction management
* Ability to manage 4 - 5 projects at one time while in varying stages of completion.
