The role
Reporting to the Director, your role will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks and projects to support Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and Department of Health business units to develop their asset management capabilities.
The successful person

**You will have demonstrated**:

- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members, multi-disciplinary personnel and stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
- Provide critical advice and administrative support to the team and senior management for the successful delivery of asset management support across Queensland Health including activities as secretariat support, managing confidential information and coordinating stakeholder meetings and logistics.
- Assist the Director in managing reporting, correspondence and analysis of financial information, as well as assisting in preparing reports, submissions, briefing notes, ministerial correspondence and policy documentation as required to inform asset management decision-making.

The division is responsible for leading the department's budget, financial reporting processes, human resource services, knowledge management, legal services, business enhancement and facilities management activities. More broadly, the division is also responsible for leading system-wide industrial relations activities, major capital infrastructure delivery projects, certain human resources functions undertaken on a system-wide basis, and other corporate services functions.
