Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual customer service staff to work at sporting and entertainment events in Newcastle at McDonald Jones Stadium.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, qualified team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to fans at live events. You will work closely with your team members to manage queues, scan tickets, provide directions, assist customers, and provide a general high level of customer service.
**You will be**:
- Ushering
- Scanning tickets
- Providing directions
- Monitoring RSA
- Managing queues

**What you need**:
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Exceptional personal presentation
- The ability to follow procedures
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable)
