Job Title: Experienced Physiotherapist - Aged Care Setting
Our aged care community is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical well-being of our residents.
The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical team and stakeholders to provide high-quality physiotherapy services. This will include developing individualized care plans to achieve personalized functional outcomes, as well as providing education on falls prevention, strength training, and pain management.
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience working in an aged care setting and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-house physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management, and strengthening.
* Develop individual care plans to achieve personalized functional outcomes.
* Work closely with the clinical team and key stakeholders.
* Incorporate holistic approaches to healthcare that incorporate health promotion activities.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA.
* Aged care experience preferred but not essential.
* Ability to provide high-quality treatment and intervention.
* Empathy, strong communication skills, and a desire to work for a values-based organization.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* Police check (valid within the last 3 years).
