The Company

The Role

Reporting to the lead of Technology, you will drive the identification and hiring of high-calibre technology and infrastructure professionals to enable continued business expansion. Working alongside engineering, infrastructure, and operational leaders, you will help design and execute workforce strategies aligned to evolving capability needs, while delivering a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and your stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leaders to identify hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies across software engineering, data, infrastructure, and business operations.
* Use data and market insights to refine sourcing approaches, improve candidate pipelines, and support informed hiring decisions.
* Proactively source and engage top technical talent through professional networks, technical communities, social platforms, referrals, and agency partners.
* Build and maintain strong pipelines for engineering, systems, networks, SRE, data engineering, and technical operations roles.
* Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
* Support hiring teams with coordinating technical assessments, interviews, scheduling, and structured feedback loops.
* Stay updated on technology, infrastructure, and market trends to inform hiring strategies and sourcing methods.
Key Skills
* 5 years of end-to-end Internal and agency recruiting experience, which must include AI, financial services, software engineering, devops and data centre engineers.
* Proven track record hiring for specialised, hard-to-fill technical roles.
* Strong sourcing skills across engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge of technical and infrastructure roles, including software, systems, networks, cloud, and SRE.
