Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with operations to investigate and resolve Food Safety / Quality issues
* Participate in HACCP, maintain quality procedures, monitor test results, coordinate surveys, follow up on alerts
* Assist with customer queries and complaints
* Participate in internal / external audits
* Conduct quality inductions and training
* Support product development and improvement projects
About You:
* A degree in Food Science, quality or equivalent is required
* Prior experience in quality, laboratory, or administrative roles within FMCG is preferred
* Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and teamwork abilities are essential
* Familiarity with root cause analysis and food safety systems is necessary
* Excellent time management and coordination skills are required
* Motivation and ability to work independently are highly valued
