With a reputation built over 50+ years, they are one of Australia's most respected civil contractors, known for delivering complex infrastructure projects nationwide.Due to the recent award of major Sydney Water projects in the $10M-$50M range, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in water infrastructure to lead project delivery across metro Sydney.The RoleYou will lead the end-to-end delivery of Sydney Water infrastructure works—managing design, stakeholder engagement, subcontractors, budgets, and on-site execution.
The projects involve pipeline installation, pump stations, civil structures, and utility relocations.This is a critical leadership role that combines site presence with commercial oversight and strategic input.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Sydney Water projects from pre-contracts through to handoverOversee design development, procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reportingEnsure full compliance with Sydney Water specifications and safety standardsManage and mentor a team including Engineers, CAs, and SupervisorsMaintain strong relationships with Sydney Water and key stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks early in the delivery processAbout You10+ years' experience in civil construction, including recent experience as Senior PMProven track record delivering water/utilities projects up to $50MStrong understanding of Sydney Water specs and delivery processesExperience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractorsExcellent stakeholder and team management skillsTertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)What's on OfferWork with a global civil contractor on secured Sydney Water projectsSupportive commercial and delivery teamSecure pipeline of water infrastructure workCompetitive salary package + long-term career opportunityApply NowTo express your interest, click APPLY NOW or email your CV to (email protected).
