About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Chef de Partie in a remote location with a supportive team and stunning surroundings.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality staff meals for up to 80 team members during peak season.
The Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
* Develop menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times

What We Are Looking For

* Creativity and input into menu development
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Experience in a similar role (for Senior CDP, leadership skills are a plus)
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or lengthy tenure in chef role)
* Food Handling Supervisor certificate

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
