Key Responsibilities Assist the production team with technical and quality requirements Coordinate and track samples, fittings, and measurements Support supplier communications to maintain timelines and standards Prepare supplier tech packs and manage production handovers Maintain up-to-date product information and production trackers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal product launches Attend production meetings, follow up on action points, and escalate issues as needed Ensure on-time delivery of PR and marketing samples Manage accurate filing of lab dips, trims, and approvals Requirements Tertiary qualification in Production, Fashion Design, Quality Control, or Buying (or equivalent industry experience) Foundational understanding of garment construction, size specifications, and fittings Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Illustrator Excellent organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines A proactive, collaborative team player who builds strong internal and external relationships Demonstrated interest in the retail, fashion, or apparel industry Desirable Skills Technical knowledge of prints, trims, fabrics, or manufacturing techniques Experience working with offshore suppliers or vendors Familiarity with PLM systems How to Apply If you are ready to step into a hands-on production role and help deliver cutting-edge products to market, we would love to hear from you.
