Customer Service Role Overview

The Customer Service Officer position involves being the welcoming, professional first point of contact for the community, ensuring consistent access to services, information, and support across all channels. This role provides frontline service for enquiries, transactions, and requests, while supporting business processes such as facility bookings.


Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering exceptional service
* Providing business support and facilitating facility bookings
* Maintaining digital services and records
* Driving continuous improvement and adhering to professional standards
