About The Role
Start your leadership journey with ALDI As a Duty Manager, you'll ensure the store runs smoothly during your shift, supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the store management team.
Responsibilities
* Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
* Offer constructive feedback to the team.
* Assist in training and onboarding team members.
* Serve customers at registers with a smile.
* Keep shelves stocked with products.
* Identify and report incidents or hazards to maintain safety.
