across Australia. We are transitioning from a subcontractor model to a
direct contract and tender-based model
and are seeking an experienced
Sales and Business Development Manager
to support this growth nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Win
direct tenders and contracts
for security guarding and cleaning services
* Drive
new business development
across QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA & ACT
* Manage and grow
key accounts and existing client relationships
* Identify opportunities across
government, commercial, retail, education and industrial sectors
* Lead
end-to-end sales cycle
including lead generation, tender submissions, negotiations and contract close
* Strengthen Falcon's
brand reputation
within the facilities management industry

About You
* 5+ years' experience in
Sales, Business Development or Account Management
* Strong background in
facilities management, security services or commercial cleaning
* Proven experience with
tendering, procurement portals and contract negotiations
* Self-driven, commercially focused and able to close deals independently
