**The role**
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing department to provides strategic, creative and administrative support through the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives, marketing communications and campaigns. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW.
**In this role you will**
- Take responsibility for developing and maintaining agency relationships throughout Latin America and all markets if necessary.
- To plan, develop, organise and execute promotional campaigns to support sales objectives in the region.
- To conduct market research, analysing the data collected in order to understand current and future consumers' behaviours.
- Where applicable, to propose product improvement in order to adapt them to new market demands.
- Maintain regular contact with our established agent network (locally and overseas) to ensure that we are top of mind and have a strong rapport with all levels of staff
- Keep abreast of the market to identify internal strengths/weakness and market
- To develop new agency relationships and to achieve identified key aims such as diversified student nationality mix
- Travel to your region as directed by Marketing & Sales Director or Executive Director to meet new, existing and prospective agents and representatives of the company.
- Represent the company in your region at education fairs, exhibitions and conferences as required by the company
- Always being mindful and exact in travel expenses, realizing that cost savings and conservative spending are imperative to the success of the entire organization
- To stimulate interest for our courses and provide detailed course information to new and existing clients, locally and overseas
- Communicate via direct marketing, electronically, face-to-face and phone with agents
- Follow up initial communication to ensure understanding of our products and to provide further clarification when required
- Provide feedback to agents on students' progress as required such as: Level testing, enrolment status, class participation, etc.
- To support business growth and development through marketing strategies
- To propose marketing strategies based the on analysis of products, pricing and advertising returns
- Keep database up to date with entries of all agent contact details, communications, marketing trips, distribution of marketing materials, etc.
- Help to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- To provide support at client information sessions and other client meetings
- Provide weekly sales numbers, achieve targets, and meet budget requirements and restrictions as set by Marketing or Executive Director
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field (Bachelor degree or higher qualification essential) or at least 5 years relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales/Marketing role
- Sales and Marketing systems experience
- Strong relationship skills; able to interact across all levels of the business in a highly professional manner
