About The Role
We’re looking for a user-centred UX Designer to lead the experience design across our suite of B2B platforms - including self-service portals, reporting dashboards, and operational tools used by venues, promoters, and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring our enterprise clients, venue partners, promoters, and internal operational teams have intuitive, efficient, and frictionless digital tools.
You’ll be part of a growing Digital Experience team focused on designing intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for high-impact, data-rich environments. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to simplify complexity and ensure our enterprise users can access the right tools, insights, and workflows when they need them.
Requirements
What does a day in the life look like?
* Designing user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for B2B tools and dashboards
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
* Driving UX strategy for self-service and reporting platforms
* Working with developers and analysts to ensure feasibility and implementation
* Applying UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and flow
About You
* 3+ years of UX experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS tools
* Comfortable designing for data-heavy platforms, dashboards, and workflows
* Strong in interaction design, information architecture, and stakeholder engagement
* Confident using Figma or equivalent tools
* Bonus: Experience in ticketing, events, or reporting platforms
