BM Webb Industrial Property are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Machine Operator to join our civil team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.
Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate excavators and loaders on active worksites.
* Perform trenching, bulk earthworks, loading, and material handling tasks.
* Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
* Assist with general site duties as required.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements at all times.
Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated experience operating excavators and loaders.
* Current operator tickets/licence's and Construction White Card.
* Sound knowledge of safe work practices and site safety standards.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
