Sales Administrator – Award-Winning Agency | Central Gold Coast
Join a highly regarded real estate office in the heart of the Gold Coast. This award-winning team is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting a high-performing sales division within a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role
As the Sales Administrator, you will be integral to the success of the sales team, ensuring all administrative and marketing processes are executed to a high standard. This is a pivotal role requiring strong industry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Working alongside an established and driven team, you will take ownership of the sales administration function and contribute to the overall efficiency and performance of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing listing and sales documentation end-to-end
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, including liaising with photographers, designers, and suppliers
* Managing online listings and maintaining CRM systems (VaultRE, NurtureCloud, Rex or similar)
* Supporting agents with contract administration, compliance, and campaign management
* Acting as a key point of contact
About You:
* Proven experience in a real estate sales administration role
* Strong understanding of the sales process, contracts, and compliance requirements
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* QLD Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (essential)
